Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, and missed appointments without notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment. Arriving late may shorten your service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total applies.
Deposits
Certain appointments require a deposit. The required amount is displayed when booking and is applied toward your service total at checkout. If a cancellation or missed-appointment fee applies, any deposit already paid counts toward that fee.
Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation affects your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
